The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and certified NDT Inspector to join our team of highly skilled professionals. As an NDT Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of materials and components across a variety of industrial sectors. This position requires expertise in conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) methods to identify defects or inconsistencies in products without compromising their functionality. Your work will directly contribute to the safety, quality, and reliability of our clients projects.
In this role, you will handle advanced NDT techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant inspections. The ideal candidate is someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non-destructive testing using methods such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant inspections.
- Review and interpret testing data and reports to detect discontinuities or flaws.
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate detailed inspection reports.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain strict adherence to inspection procedures.
- Monitor equipment calibration and ensure testing tools are functioning optimally.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior inspectors or team members.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified in at least two NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT) with Level II or III certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and procedures (ASNT, ISO, API, etc.).
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using NDT equipment and related software tools.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in non-destructive testing within sectors such as aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, or manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience performing ultrasonic, radiographic, and/or magnetic particle inspections.
- Prior experience preparing inspection reports and documentation to meet regulatory compliance.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime or weekend work based on project needs.
- Some travel may be required depending on client locations and inspection sites.

- In-depth understanding of material properties and testing methodologies.
- Ability to detect and identify flaws with precision and maintain inspection accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management practices.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments, sometimes in challenging or confined spaces.
- Capability to adapt quickly to changing inspection requirements or project demands.
