Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Active pharmacist license or equivalent credential.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of pharmacy benefit management, formulary design, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing pharmacy programs and working with healthcare providers and pharmacy partners.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, clinical pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
