Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy and counseling services to members via telehealth platforms.

  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Educate members and their families about mental health resources and coping strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss member progress and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, PsyD) in the state of practice.
  • Proficient in telehealth technology and virtual consultation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health policies, regulations, and best practices.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Experience working in a virtual care environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Working Hours
