Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Support the development of training materials for internal teams and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administration is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with remote work or familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack, Asana, or Zoom will be advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Part-time: 10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
  • Remote role with the flexibility to work across time zones, but some availability during business hours is required for team meetings.
