Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) that aligns with The Elite Job brand tone and values.
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Community Management: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster positive relationships.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools to implement best practices in campaigns.
- Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies.
- Research: Identify new opportunities for brand growth by researching competitors and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
Experience:
- Prior experience (internship or freelance) in social media management or digital marketing is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising campaigns is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours with the freedom to manage your schedule.
- Must be available for occasional online meetings with the marketing team.
