Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using Apple products and services; prior experience with Apple devices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer troubleshooting skills.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
  • Experience with remote work or virtual support is highly desirable.

Working Hours
