Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools, including CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support or related role, with a track record of successfully resolving customer issues.
- Familiarity with the food delivery or logistics industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with the expectation to cover shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
