Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Power BI Developer to join our dynamic Data Analytics team at HR Service Jobs. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that meet the needs of various business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their data needs, and translate them into effective data models and visualizations.
• Optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, usability, and data integrity.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy and performance improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics and business intelligence.
• Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong experience in data visualization best practices and principles.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles, specifically with Power BI.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
