Experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, particularly in a tech or retail environment.
- Familiarity with Apple products and services is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours available, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20-30 hours per week.
