Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with booking and managing their flights, including itinerary changes and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and airport services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience
- Entry-level position; no prior experience in the airline industry required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Part-time hours with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

- Familiarity with travel industry terminology and processes is a plus.
