Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer management system.

• Stay updated on Amazons products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or remote setting.
