Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for students in various subjects and grade levels.
• Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on the individual learning styles and needs of students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and teaching methodologies to enhance your tutoring approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in Education, a relevant subject area, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of curriculum and assessment standards for various educational boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Proficiency in using technology for online tutoring sessions, including video conferencing tools and digital learning resources.

Experience

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities is an asset.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours to accommodate both tutors and students, including evenings and weekends.
