Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team setting is an asset.
Working Hours
