Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• In-Flight Services: Serve food and beverages, assist with the sale of duty-free items, and ensure that all passengers have the necessary amenities for a comfortable flight.
• Conflict Resolution: Manage difficult situations with professionalism, ensuring that all passengers feel heard and valued. Resolve conflicts and complaints effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow crew members and other airline staff to ensure a smooth operation. Participate in crew briefings and debriefings before and after flights.
• Compliance: Adhere to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, company policies, and procedures regarding safety and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling purposes.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in a safety-sensitive role or airline industry is a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Working Hours

• Must be flexible and able to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.
• Hours may vary based on flight schedules and operational needs.
