Job Summary
Walmart is seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Recruiter/Agent to join our growing Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate documentation of candidate interactions and statuses.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Walmart as an employer of choice.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
Experience
- No prior experience in recruitment is necessary; however, any experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is beneficial.
- A genuine interest in human resources and talent acquisition will be considered an asset.
Working Hours
- This position is full-time, with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility may be required during peak hiring periods.
