Job Summary
Sutherland Global Services Ltd is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Work from Home Associates in Customer Service. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints and queries effectively, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our systems to ensure accurate records and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
Working Hours
