Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and motivated Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that meet the business requirements of different stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Optimize existing reports for performance and usability, ensuring high-quality data presentation.
• Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to improve business processes and decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy by implementing and maintaining data governance practices.
• Stay updated on Power BI features and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve reporting capabilities.
• Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
• Prior experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is preferred.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a standard expectation of 40 hours per week. Ability to manage your schedule to meet project deadlines is essential.
