HR Service Jobs is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Optimize existing Power BI reports for performance and usability.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members on Power BI best practices and updates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and features in Power BI and data visualization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in developing dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Power BI development or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours; core hours from 10 AM to 4 PM IST.
