Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Live Monitoring Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position plays a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients operations during nighttime hours. As a Live Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring various systems in real time, identifying potential issues, and taking appropriate action to resolve them. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live feeds from security cameras and various monitoring systems to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to alerts and alarms promptly, assessing situations and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents and maintain detailed logs of monitoring activities.
• Conduct routine checks and assessments of security systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and discuss improvement strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in security management or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in using monitoring software and security systems.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with emergency response protocols and procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in security monitoring, surveillance operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.

Working Hours

• This is a night shift position, requiring availability from 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility based on business needs.
