• Coordinate with the team on inventory management, alerting supervisors to any discrepancies in stock.
• Maintain detailed records of packed items, shipped parcels, and any damaged goods.
• Ensure workspace is clean, organized, and optimized for efficient packing processes.
• Communicate effectively with customer service teams to resolve any packaging or shipping issues.
• Meet daily and weekly packing targets while maintaining high accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for tracking and logging shipments.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict guidelines.
• Physical ability to handle light-to-moderate lifting (up to 20 lbs).

Experience

• Prior experience in packing, shipping, or warehousing roles is preferred but not required.
