Key Responsibilities

• Review and process medical claims to ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information for billing and coding.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to support billing processes.
• Resolve discrepancies and appeals related to denied claims.
• Stay updated on changes in medical coding regulations and billing practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve billing processes and enhance patient satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Experience

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Flexibility in hours may be available based on business needs.
