Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and offering recommendations for efficient use of their devices.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Apples hardware, software, and services, ensuring you can deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Handle billing and subscription inquiries, assisting with AppleCare, iCloud, and other Apple services.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using Apples CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to specialized departments when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge by staying up to date with new Apple releases and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
