Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asset Commercialization Partner to join our team in the Emerging Biopharma sector. As an Asset Commercialization Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and advancing innovative biopharmaceutical assets through strategic commercialization processes. Your expertise will contribute to the successful launch and growth of groundbreaking therapies that have the potential to transform patient care and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Asset Evaluation: Assess emerging biopharma assets for commercial viability, market potential, and alignment with company goals. Develop comprehensive asset evaluations, including market analysis, competitive landscape, and financial projections.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including biopharma companies, research institutions, and investors. Negotiate and manage partnerships, licensing agreements, and collaborations to advance asset commercialization.
Market Strategy: Develop and execute commercialization strategies, including go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercialization plans.
Project Management: Oversee the progression of biopharma assets through various stages of development, from early-stage research to market launch. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Regulatory and Compliance: Ensure that all commercialization activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Work closely with regulatory teams to navigate regulatory requirements and facilitate smooth product approvals.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on asset performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Ph.D., or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharma commercialization, business development, or related roles. Proven track record of successful asset commercialization and partnership management.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, including drug development processes, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships and agreements.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the biopharma sector, with a proven track record in asset commercialization and strategic partnership development. Experience working with emerging biopharma assets and navigating regulatory environments is highly desirable.
Working Hours
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed to accommodate project deadlines and international partnerships. Occasional travel may be required.
