Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office activities, manage administrative tasks, and support various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing documentation.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Financial Administration: Support financial processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to various projects by providing administrative support and coordinating tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Associates degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with office management software (e.g., MS Teams, Slack).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to address issues promptly and implement effective solutions.

Experience

  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in a similar administrative role, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Leadership Exposure: Experience in leading or coordinating team activities and projects is advantageous.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
