Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between various departments and external clients, handling inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities, including logistics, catering, and setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
