Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide support for employee performance issues.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Training and Development: Support the planning and execution of training programs, track employee development, and help identify training needs.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and assist with audits and compliance checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or large organization.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience

  • Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and benefits management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and various HR-related software applications.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on business needs.
