Job Summary:
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Consultant Intern to join our team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and coordinating with candidates. Participate in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Employee On boarding: Support the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, and help facilitate effective communication between staff and management.
- Data Analysis: Contribute to the collection and analysis of HR metrics and data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Project Assistance: Support various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and performance management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of HR software is advantageous.
Experience:
- No prior professional experience is required, but previous internships or academic projects related to HR or business management will be considered a plus.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time internship position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
