Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, and support the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities and policy updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Standard Hours: Full-time position with standard working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
