Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in IT process improvement (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT process improvement or a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully implementing process changes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and devise effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and methodologies for process analysis and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process improvement, IT consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a variety of IT systems and technologies.
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate clients across different time zones.
  • Expected to maintain regular communication with clients and team members during standard business hours.
