Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a BPO or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing situations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or related field.
- Experience in handling customer queries, resolving issues, and managing client relationships is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays, as required).
- Standard shifts: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth understanding of BPO operations and client management.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
