Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, as required.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders or inventory.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily targets and operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Basic educational qualifications.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and work towards solutions efficiently.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Shift: Night Shift
• Typical Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, with flexibility to work additional hours or shifts as needed.
