• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively (training provided if necessary).
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory shortages.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily goals and improve warehouse processes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and received goods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience:

• Experience in a Warehouse: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Equipment: Experience operating warehouse machinery is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Shifts: Full-time positions with various shift options, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
