Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of CIBCs financial products and services, including but not limited to personal banking, investments, and credit solutions.
  • Mobile Service Delivery: Utilize mobile technology to deliver financial services and solutions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and following up on client needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging financial products to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and CIBCs policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., mutual funds, life insurance) are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and mobile applications. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools is advantageous.

Experience:
