Job Summary

As a Cigna Medicare Clinical Operations LPN/LVN Case Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing clinical care for Medicare beneficiaries. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current LPN/LVN license in good standing.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical documentation systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN, with a focus on case management or related areas preferred.
  • Experience working with Medicare populations and understanding of Medicare regulations and guidelines is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and team meetings.
