Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are checked for quality and correctness.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory, and maintain an organized and efficient work area.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products and packages to ensure they meet Amazons high standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, inventory levels, and equipment malfunctions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for using warehouse management systems and equipment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to following safety procedures and protocols in the workplace.

Experience:

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment or machinery is a plus.

Working Hours:

• This is a full-time position with shifts available across various times, including day, evening, and night shifts. Flexibility in working hours is required to meet operational needs.
