- Stay up-to-date with Disneys latest products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Analyze social media interactions to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback to enhance overall customer support strategies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications, ensuring that brand messaging is consistent and aligned with Disneys values.

Experience:
