Progressive Technology is seeking a highly skilled IT Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the successful deployment of IT solutions, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of IT solutions for clients, from planning and installation to configuration and testing.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor IT solutions to meet those needs effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and support staff, to ensure seamless execution of implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Provide training and support to clients on new systems and applications, ensuring they are equipped to use the technology effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and recommend improvements as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT implementation, including hands-on experience with software and hardware installations.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proficient in relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT implementation or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects and successfully delivering them on time and within budget.
• Experience working with clients in a variety of industries is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on project needs.
