HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams across various departments. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, technical skills, and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel in a remote work environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases with high accuracy.
- Organize and schedule travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries.
- Assist with project management tasks and track project milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Provide support for HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related administrative position.
- Experience supporting senior executives or teams in a remote environment is preferred.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time), with flexibility as needed.
