Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate at Flipkart, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Flipkart products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
