Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate at Flipkart, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
