HK Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Operator. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the field of data entry who are eager to start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This is a remote position, providing flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
- Perform routine data entry tasks such as data cleaning, data validation, and data reconciliation.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with company data protection policies.
- Generate and compile reports based on data entries as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth data management processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or training in data entry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- No prior experience required. Training will be provided to all new hires.
- Experience with data entry or administrative tasks is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
- Part-time position with flexible hours.
- Expected to work 15-20 hours per week.
- Schedule can be adapted to fit the candidate availability, provided it aligns with team requirements.
