Key Responsibilities:

• Test a variety of products purchased from Amazon, including electronics, household goods, and personal care items.
• Provide detailed feedback on product performance, usability, and overall quality.
• Document testing processes and results in a clear and organized manner.
• Participate in virtual meetings to discuss findings and suggest improvements.
• Adhere to deadlines for product testing and feedback submission.
• Ensure all feedback complies with company standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and testing protocols accurately.
• Proficient in using a computer and familiar with basic software applications.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Previous experience in product testing or review writing is an advantage but not required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service, quality assurance, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Amazon product listings and navigation is beneficial.

Working Hours:

• This is a flexible, part-time position with an average commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
