HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various sectors to support our company growth and strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple recruitment processes and work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and job specifications.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a large corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success in filling a diverse range of positions across various sectors.
  • Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of labor market trends and recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to assess and match candidate skills with job requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
