HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in large organizations or diverse sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, with a track record of managing HR functions and leading teams.
  • Experience with recruitment, payroll, and employee relations in a corporate setting.
  • Experience in managing HR projects and implementing strategic initiatives.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility required for occasional extended hours or weekend work.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop HR teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving HR issues.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and systems.
