Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role, preferably in a large company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related field, with a track record of successfully managing various HR functions.
  • Experience in a leadership role with the ability to guide and mentor HR staff.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
