The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and laptop systems, ensuring that all IT operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for desktop and laptop systems, including hardware and software issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to end-users.
  • Assist with network connectivity issues and coordinate with network engineers for complex problems.
  • Manage and track IT assets, including inventory and lifecycle management.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of support activities, procedures, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve complex technical issues and implement improvements.
  • Provide end-user training and support to enhance their technical proficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with common desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools.
  • Strong understanding of hardware components and peripheral devices.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and basic networking concepts.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a desktop support or IT support role.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required based on operational needs.
