HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues.

• Assist in the training of new warehouse staff as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse operations role.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
