Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required.
