Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using customer support software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Availability to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends, as per customer demand.
