HR Service Jobs is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Network Maintenance: Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
• System Upgrades: Plan and execute network upgrades and enhancements to support new technologies and improve system performance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of network configurations, changes, and incidents to ensure accurate documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Support: Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff, offering guidance and solutions for network-related problems.
• Security: Implement and manage network security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to align network infrastructure with organizational goals and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Experience with Network Devices: Hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently and effectively.
• Certification: Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.

Experience:

• Industry Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network support or a similar role within a medium to large organization.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and supporting network infrastructure, with a focus on improving performance and reliability.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility for occasional after-hours support may be required.
