Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product and service changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome; previous experience in customer service, BPO, or call center environments is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices is desirable.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, including day and night shifts.
