Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product and service changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome; previous experience in customer service, BPO, or call center environments is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems and practices is desirable.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, including day and night shifts.
